Felicia Lucas is a Minister, #1 International Best Selling Author, Speaker, Empowerment Coach and Publisher, who passionately and enthusiastically helps individuals grow spiritually and professionally, enhance their relationships and become wonderfully well from the inside out. 

Felicia along with her husband, Pastor Kelvin Lucas are the co-founders of Take It By Force Ministries, Inc. a 501©3 non-profit community based youth and young adult organization and Dominion Tabernacle Church. They have been married for over 20 years and have three children. She is the CEO of His Glory Creations Publishing, LLC and A Moment in Time: Special Event Planning.

Her accomplishments and accolades include, former PTA President and Teen Mentor at the Boys and Girls Club. She currently serves as the Vice President of the Rocky Mount Business and Professional Women’s Club where she was honored as the 2016 State of NC Career Woman of the Year. In 2014, she received the Wake County School PTA Council Star Award.  

Felicia graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. Degree in Speech Communications and for over 22 years, has worked in the Human Resources Field. She currently works as a Regional Human Resources Facilitator and Store Manager for a national retailer.

Jerald L. Hoover | My Friend, My Hero

 Jerald is an adjunct professor at Long Island University Brooklyn where he teaches Sport Communication and Sport Management. Jerald has had teaching stints at the Korean American Heritage Foundation where he taught English to Korean born students visiting the USA and at the renowned Eagle Academy for boys where he also taught English. He is editor-in-chief and senior writer at Pure Sports New York. 

Jerald has also been a sportswriter for over 17 years and has covered the New York Knicks and New Jersey/Brooklyn Nets: for Black Athlete Sports Network, The Network Journal, Sport New York Style and BustaSports.com. Jerald is also an award winning novelist and filmmaker.

Lun Ye’ Hygh

Lun Ye’ Hygh is an author of the children’s books Resilient and Transformation.  Currently, she is an educator in the Houston area where she teaches 1st grade.  She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Houston and a Master of Arts Degree from Texas Southern University. 
The idea for her first book Resilient came from having worked in urban education.  She believes your circumstances does not label who you are. The second book Transformation stems from the story Resilient.  Both stories teach children about the importance of not giving up when faced with difficulty.  Resilient and Transformation are both published under Hygh Quality.  These books are fictional stories with pictures designed to encourage and uplift kids by providing a simple message
