Write the Book Now! (WTBN) is an author’s and aspiring author’s Hub. WTBN was created to provide authors a forum to share their publication and an opportunity for aspiring authors to get assistance with writing and/or publishing their first book.

The Write the Book Now! Interview and Podcast Show is a weekly podcast hosted by Dr. Sharon H. Porter, Educator. Author. Entrepreneur. Speaker. Each episode she welcomes authors of fiction and non-fiction books in a variety of genres to share their book, events where their books will be featured, as well as tips, strategies, and advice for aspiring authors.

Dr. Sharon H. Porter resides in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. She is the CEO and Owner of Perfect Time SHP LLC, Coaching and Consulting Firm. Sharon is also the Founder of the G.R.I.N.D. Entrepreneur Network, a networking forum for entrepreneurs.

Sharon has served as an educator for 25 years. She currently serves as a Leadership Development Coach for novice principals and assistant principals and coordinates an induction program for first and second-year Assistant Principals in a large urban school district. She is a former elementary and middle school principal.

Sharon earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Elementary Education at Winston-Salem State University, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Curriculum & Instruction at National-Louis University, Administration & Supervision Post Graduate Certification at the Johns Hopkins University, an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree at Walden University and a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership & Policy from Howard University.

Sharon holds a School Superintendent license in the state of Maryland, a National Association of Elementary School Principal (NAESP) Principal Mentor Certification and is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.

Sharon is married to her husband Larry, is a bonus mom to Sydney and a pet mom to her adorable Bichon, CoCo Cotton.
